Does Avenue Jewelers offer a warranty?

We like to call it our "Complete Satisfaction Guarantee". We guarantee your complete satisfaction on your diamond jewelry from Avenue Jewelers. Afterall, your complete and absolute satisfaction is our #1 priority. Should you ever have a problem with your purchase please visit us immediately. We promise to repair or replace, at no charge to you, any manufacturers defect for the lifetime of your jewelry purchase. It's that simple. The only thing you need to do is enjoy your jewelry. For full coverage against loss or theft we recommend "all perils" insurance. Please see your insurance agent for details.

How do I know I'm getting what I paid for?

Because we guarantee it! We guarantee the quality of your Avenue Jewelers purchase to be within one color and/or clarity grade if re-appraised within one year of purchase by a graduate gemologist or your purchase will be totally refunded.

What if I get my piece home and I decide that it's not exactly what I want?

That's easy. We have a "Gotta Love It" guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase return it to us within 30 days and we will refund your total purchase providing the merchandise is in "like-new" condition.

Do you offer financing?

We offer financing through our Wells Fargo Jewelry Advantage program. For an application for credit, please visit the store.

How can I guarantee that I am getting the best deal?

Simple. If within 30 days of purchase, another diamond of like description as to the color, cut, clarity, and carat weight is found in Wisconsin for a price less than ours, we will refund your purchase plus $50. You can't beat that! (Proof of purchase and appraisal is required.)

Can I trade-in my diamond jewelry?

Absolutely! To enhance your original investment, Avenue Jewelers will allow you to trade in your center diamond, stud earrings or solitaire pendant toward any other diamond jewelry valued at least twice your original purchase price. We want to enhance the enjoyment of your purchase as well as assure you of future cost-effective upgrades.

Do you buy jewelry or scrap gold?

Yes. We are willing to take a look at any jewelry that you may have, but we are typically in the market to purchase loose diamonds that are a half carat (.50ct) or larger. We will be happy to sort and weigh any scrap gold that you are interested in selling and offer you a fair price based on the current gold market.

My Pandora bracelet is starting to look dull. Can you make it look new again?

Rest assured, we are your one-stop Pandora shop! Bring in your Pandora bracelet the first Thursday of every month (by 6:00pm) and we will be happy to clean and polish your bracelet to make it look like new again! And get this, it's FREE! The process takes a couple of days, but we will be sure to call you so soon as it's ready to be picked up!

How often should I have my jewelry cleaned and inspected?

We are happy to clean and inspect your jewelry at any time, as often as you like, free of charge. We recommed stopping in to visit us every couple of months to have us take a look. Why not, the coffee and chocolates are free as well!

Can you repair my jewelry or custom create a piece just for me?

We can do it all! We have two in-house goldsmiths that can assist you with all of your repair needs. Trust us, they are amazing at what they do! Bring in your jewelry and/or your ideas and we will be happy to sit down with you to give you an estimate.
